The machine cuts the head into two parts in such a way that the brain remains intact. It can also be used to cut meat semi-finished products. The knife of the machine is driven by a hydraulic mechanism. In order to ensure the safety of the technical personnel, the machine is switched on by simultaneously pressing two buttons located on the sides of the housing. Material: AISI 304 stainless steel.
