BW-MCU automatic and semi-automatic combined lines (machines) for processing of pork, cattle, sheep and goat intestines
The combined line (machine) is a set of modules for automatic processing of pork, cattle, goat and sheep intestines: removing the content and degreasing of intestines (cattle), removing the external coating of intestines (pork, goat and sheep), turning inside out and sludging of intestines (cattle). We produce combined lines in automatic and semi-automatic versions.
Machine equipment (consultations with the Customer):
cold and hot water recirculation systems, which provide significant water savings (up to 90%),
central lubrication system,
discharge wheel. Material: AISI 304 stainless steel.
Higher performance machines are implemented in consultation with the Customer.
