BW-RODON-CSB/CEB machine for washing trolleys
It is designed for automatic washing of transport trolleys (vat trolleys, rickshaw trolleys, etc.) or euroboxes. The operation of the machine has two cycles - washing and rinsing cycle. For spraying the washing solution onto the surface of the trolleys, flat spray nozzles are used, which are adjustable in one plane. The inner surface of the trolleys is machined by means of a rotating frame with nozzles on it. The rinsing cycle is carried out to remove detergent residues by means of cold or hot tap water. Hot water with non-foaming detergent is used for cleaning. The concentration of detergent in the water is automatically maintained by the dosing pump of a membrane type. The water is heated by the machine automatically by means of tubular electric heaters or steam. The washing solution used in the washing process is reused after passing through the filtration system with a self-cleaning system built into the machine. The filter can be removed for easy cleaning. The machine door is equipped with sensors that automatically stop the machine in the event of opening. The machine can be equipped with the following additional options: -automatic loading and unloading mechanism, -rotary filter, -active extraction system. Material: AISI 304 stainless steel.
