BW-RODON-TSC/TEC container washing machine
It is designed for automatic washing of rotary plastic containers, made in accordance with E1, E2, E3 or other standards at the customer's request. The machine is equipped with two sections: washing and rinsing. Direction of the detergent nozzles in the cleaning section shall be adjustable within ± 15° from the axis of the nozzle so as to permit the setting up of a device for washing different types of containers. When washing the containers, hot water is used with the addition of nonfoaming detergent, the concentration of which in the water is automatically maintained by a pump -membrane dispenser. The water is heated automatically by the machine by means of electric heaters or steam. The detergent solution used in the washing process is reused after passing through a system of filters built into the machine. The filter has a retractable design for easy cleaning. The machine is equipped with door opening sensors, and if the door is opened, the machine stops automatically.
The machine can be equipped with the following additional options:
