BW-RODON-CSCt/CECt machine for cleaning smoke frames
It is designed for automatic washing of technological frames (frames for smoking, transport and storage of products). It can be made as a device with a loopthrough or cyclic mechanism of operation.
The operation of the machine consists of two cycles - washing and rinsing. Flat spray nozzles are used to spray the washing solution onto the surface of the frame, which are adjustable in one plane, so that the entire surface of the machine can be treated evenly. The area of the washing frame with the nozzles is given an even progressive movement during the washing process. The rinsing cycle is carried out in order to remove detergent residues by means of cold or hot water.
When washing the frames, hot water with non-foaming detergent is used. The concentration of detergent in the water is automatically maintained by the dosing of a membrane type. The water is automatically heated by the machine by means of tubular electric heaters or steam. The washing solution used in the washing process is reused after passing through the filtration system with a self-cleaning system built into the machine. The filter can be removed for easy cleaning. The machine door is equipped with sensors that automatically stop the machine in the event of opening.
The machine can be equipped with the following additional options:

- active extraction system.
